She has witnessed the region’s remarkable transformation firsthand, recalling the days before the I-75 corridor when the community was largely rural and orange groves stretched across the landscape. Her lifelong appreciation for architecture—sparked by visits to her grandfather’s job sites, where he practiced as both an architect and engineer—made real estate a natural career path. As a Realtor®, Heather is guided by her belief in the value of relationships, follow-through, and integrity.
